With a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Arizona, Gadisa brings both technical expertise and leadership experience to every challenge. As a Project Manager in Building Automation Systems, he ensures efficiency, reliability, and innovation in facilities that serve communities. His engineering mindset drives him to approach problems with accountability, clarity, and results.
Beyond his professional career, Gadisa is a small business owner and an active church leader. His Christian faith guides his commitment to integrity, compassion, and service. He believes in living by the Bible as a whole, striving to reflect those values in his daily life.
At home, Gadisa is a devoted husband and father of two. His family is the foundation of his dedication to building stronger communities, supporting families, and creating opportunities for others.
